Well Wanna know more about this issue then just go on.Google wants to let its users to comment on Google search results.A screenshot of one of these test pages also shows "x" buttons next to results to apparently remove a result from view, although this isn't addressed by Gomes (Source).
They are also provide more customization options available for the users . The website (Source)also says it isn't known whether Google would factor the rearranging of results by users into the overall computation for ranking results for those specific queries. It's also not clear whether search-result comments would be made available to anyone to read.
